Satellite images reveal luxury boat with 50m pool near Kim Jong Un's summer retreat

Satellite images provide rare insight into the recreational facilities associated with Kim Jong Un, featuring a large luxury boat equipped with a 50-meter swimming pool and water slides situated near his summer retreat. The BBC reported that these visual clues offer a glimpse into how the North Korean leader spends his holidays, a lifestyle described as being far out of reach for most citizens of the country.

The imagery underscores the significant disparity between the elite class in North Korea and the average population. By visualizing the specific amenities available to the leadership, the satellite data serves as a tangible indicator of the country's internal socioeconomic dynamics.
